Pay Membership Dues – Individual Condos and Apartments

Initial Individual Condo or Apartment Memberships must be approved PRIOR to you signing-up for and paying for your starting membership. Please contact us at info@o4wpatrol.org first so we can evaluate your condo or apartment building before paying for your membership. For our patrol to be effective around your building, we may need a minimum number of individual memberships from your apartment or condo building before we can commit to patrolling the exterior portions of the building. If you sign-up and pay for an Individual Condo or Apartment Membership before contacting us and we are not able to serve your building, your money will be refunded less any PayPal service charges.

Feel free to use this payment option without contacting us if you have an existing Individual Condo or Apartment Membership and are renewing your existing membership.
